All orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days unless stated otherwise. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes a few working days depending on your location. Delivery times are subject to change based on item availability, weather, your carrier's transit time, destination address, or other unforeseen restrictions.
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. A nominal shipping charge applies to orders below this amount, shown at checkout.
We are not liable for undelivered shipments or RTO (Return to Origin) caused by a wrong address or incorrect information provided while placing an order. In such cases, the customer must pay the shipping charges again so we can re-ship the order.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details to check its status.
In case your package is lost in transit, we will re-ship your order. If any item is out of stock at that time, you can either wait for a restock or receive a credit note for future orders.
